My key is getting harder to turn — is that the lock?
It is a warning either way. It is usually a worn key, a dry or dirty cylinder, or a door that has moved. All three are cheap to fix now and expensive at 1am.
Do you supply the hardware or should I buy it?
Either. We carry quality stock in the van, but we're happy to install hardware you've chosen if it suits the door.
Is installation & repair available after hours and on weekends?
Emergency work runs 24 hours, 7 days from Collingwood, including public holidays. Non-urgent installation & repair work is booked into a daytime window that suits you, so you are not paying an after-hours rate for something that can wait until morning.

Yes. We fit lock hardware that meets the relevant Australian Standard and typical insurance wording — usually a keyed deadlock or key-in-lever set with a restricted or patented cylinder where you want key control. We can supply the product details in writing for your insurer.
